Students can greatly benefit through a quality intern program that gives them the opportunity to acquire career-related experience. Gaining real world experience helps students make more informed career choices that will result in higher job satisfaction and higher productivity. Many students have little or no experience in their area of study. By participating in an internship program, they are more marketable to prospective employers.
